Change or cancellation of appointment:
The Exeter Clinic requires 48hrs notice for change or cancellation of any of our appointments. The Exeter clinic requires deposits for larger treatments, if the appointment is being cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged in full.
Missed Appointment Policy:
The Exeter Clinic will charge the full amount for missed or late-cancelled appointments. If the late-cancelled appointment is filled, there will be no charge.
